Information about cancellations, custom-made products, damaged items and refund processing.

Section 01

Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours where production has not started. After production begins, cancellation may not be possible.

Section 02

Custom Orders

Our beds are made to order based on your selected size, fabric, colour and configuration. Change-of-mind returns are not accepted for custom-made products.

Section 03

Damaged or Faulty Items

If your product arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours with photos of the product, packaging and order details.

Section 04

Refund Processing

Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method within the applicable processing period.
