This website is operated by Sonnos. These terms apply to all purchases made through our website by customers in Mainland Spain.

Product listings are an invitation to purchase. A contract is formed when we send you an order confirmation email.

By placing an order, you confirm that all selected options, including size, fabric, colour, storage and headboard height, are correct.

Custom-made beds are produced according to your chosen specifications.

Prices are shown at checkout. Payment is taken securely through Stripe.

We reserve ownership of goods until payment has been received in full.

Each bed is made to order. Because products are customised, the standard change-of-mind return right may not apply once production begins.

This does not affect your rights if the product is faulty, damaged, or not as described.

Manufacturing defects should be reported with your order number, description of the issue, and clear photographs.
